Feeling Stuck? Overwhelmed by Anxiety, Life Changes, or the Pressure to ‘Have It All Together’?
Private-Pay Individual Therapy in St. Petersburg, FL for Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, Trauma, Relationship Struggles, and Postpartum Depression.
You’ve Tried to Keep It Together. But Inside, It’s Been Falling Apart.
You’re tired of giving more than you get in relationships. You’re constantly scanning for signs someone might leave, but you’re the one who ends up pulling away. You’ve read all the self-help books, tried to talk it out with friends—but it still feels like you’re the one doing all the emotional heavy lifting.
Maybe you panic when things get too close. Maybe you shut down to keep the peace. Either way, you're left wondering:
What’s wrong with me? Why can’t I just feel secure?
Therapy helps you slow the spiral and get to the root—so you can stop second-guessing yourself, break the patterns that keep repeating, and start building the kind of relationships that actually feel safe, mutual, and nourishing. Whether you're navigating anxiety, ADHD, a rocky relationship, or the identity shift of new motherhood—you don’t have to figure it out alone anymore.
This is where real change begins. Let’s talk.

Frequently Asked Questions About Therapy

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
